Is this a subscription?
No. One payment buys 90 days of access and then it ends. You are never charged again unless you choose to buy again.
Who processes the payment?
Dodo Payments, our merchant of record, handles the payment, the invoice and any VAT. We never see your card details.
Can I get a refund?
Access starts the moment you pay, and you agree to that at checkout, so a change of mind is not grounds for a refund. Our terms set out the rights you keep.
Can my employer pay?
Yes. The invoice from Dodo Payments carries the details you enter at checkout.
